FEMININE CARE DRIVE 2017: Nyc
The Garden of Eden Foundation held a 2-week long feminine care drive in New York City. To kickstart the drive, GOEF held a mixer event at Clyde's in Brooklyn, NY where guests came out to donate feminine care products as an entry fee. In addition, we stationed five drop-off locations within New York City for the two-week period. In total, we collected over a thousand donations. Our donations included pads, tampons, liners, feminine wipes, underwear and more hygiene products. All donations were donated to four women shelters within The Henry Street Settlement.
